A MINUTE ON THE CLOCK WITH LUKASZ
Lukasz has been with us for a few months assisting Iain at front of house and we felt it was high time we introduced him to you properly, so asked him a few questions.
Salty or sweet? Tea or Coffee?
Sweet definitely, chocolate and coffee.
Lazy Sunday breakfast treat?
Nice scrambled eggs with Iain Spigs’ Leeky Forager sausages (this is Iain, our restaurant manager’s, business; he keeps rare breed pigs).
Non alcoholic would be my mum’s homemade strawberry juice, including alcohol would be either Namyslow lager (small brewer) or Zubrowka vodka both from Poland.
Early food memory?
My mum’s homemade crepes with her homemade strawberry jam.
Pierogi – a Polish dumpling, similar to ravioli, filled with low fat white cheese, braised onions and potato – delicious.
